While your travel agent was able to quote you a decent airfare, roundtrip, with no stops, one of these discount websites might be able to offer you an even better rate, maybe half the price. But, you have a three hour layover in Dallas, Texas, you’re flying coach in the middle seat, and the flight leaves at three in the morning. Get the idea?
Some of these discounted sites also have blackout dates, dates where no matter what day you key in as your leaving point and what day you key in to fly back, there is nothing available or you can’t schedule it. Occasionally, you’ll luck out and be able to find the perfect deal. You are also going to want to make sure there are no hidden fees with the perfect deal that you’ve found. If there are, you might as well book with your travel agent because the price between the two could very well be the same.
